(1) Verifiable proof must be provided by the venue in written letter format on the venue letterhead and must be signed and dated by an authorized venue employee and include a contact phone number. The venue employee must also print their name so we are able to read it so we may contact them. Written or stamped "voids" do not constitute verifiable proof.

Clicktics guarantees that the following will be true for all event tickets ordered through

Your tickets are real, authentic tickets valid for event entry;
Unless otherwise noted as part of the ticket description, all the tickets sold on Clicktics are guaranteed to be authentic tickets, valid for entry to the event the ticket is for. If the venue will not accept the ticket for entry. You will then ship the unused tickets to back along with the letter from the venue as instructed in the email we sent you. Clicktics will investigate the incident to determine why the tickets were not accepted, and if Clicktics finds that it was in error, the purchaser will be refunded the full cost of the tickets including service fees. Shipping charges on are non-refundable.

Your tickets will be the exact seats you ordered or better;
If the customer does not receive the exact tickets he or she ordered, Clicktics guarantees all deliveries are made to the billing address of the purchaser. We guarantee that the tickets will be shipped to the purchaser in sufficient time so that at least one delivery attempt will be made before the event occurs. If the event occurs and no delivery attempt has been made, Clicktics will coordinate with the selling broker to issue the purchaser a refund of the cost of the tickets including shipping costs and service fees. The purchaser is responsible for making himself or herself available to receive delivery of the tickets when a delivery attempt is made. If purchaser cannot be available to receive delivery, purchaser shall contact and coordinate with Federal Express, or whatever other delivery company Clicktics might use for the purchaser's order, to make alternate delivery or pickup arrangements.

Your tickets will be refunded in full if the event is canceled;
If an event is permanently canceled, Clicktics will coordinate with the selling broker to provide the purchaser a full refund of the ticket price including any service fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Clicktics may require the purchaser to return the tickets to Clicktics to be eligible for this refund.
