What decides whether I get 7 or 90 days?
We look at your website — its traffic profile, reputation, and how well Clicktics fits your use case. Established sites with real traffic tend to get longer trials. Every approved application gets at least 7 days.
Do I need a credit card?
No. The trial is completely free, and nothing converts to a paid plan automatically. When it ends, you choose a plan — or move to the Free plan (1,000 sessions/month on 1 website).
What do I get during the trial?
Full platform access: HD session replay, live chat, lead pipeline, heatmaps, funnels, console error capture, and traffic attribution — the same product paying customers use.
What happens when the trial ends?
We email you before it ends. You can pick a paid plan (from $29/month) or drop to the Free plan. Your recordings and settings are kept either way — nothing is deleted.
