Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between Clicktics LLC, 19th Floor, Sheikh Rashid Tower, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Clicktics", "we", "us") and the person or organization creating an account ("you", the "Customer"). They govern your use of the Clicktics website, dashboard, tracking SDK, chat widget, and APIs (together, the "Service").

By creating an account or installing the SDK you accept these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

Clicktics provides website analytics: session recording and replay, event tracking, heatmaps, funnels, live chat, and lead management. You install our script on websites you own or are authorized to operate, and the resulting data is available in your dashboard.

We continuously improve the Service and may add, change, or retire features. If we retire something material to your use, we will give you reasonable advance notice.

You are responsible for your account credentials, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for activity that happens under your workspace — including team members you invite. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may only install Clicktics on websites you own or have permission to instrument. You are the data controller for your visitors' data; we process it on your behalf. You agree to:

• disclose your use of session recording and analytics in your own privacy policy, and obtain any visitor consents required by the laws that apply to you (e.g. GDPR consent-mode integration);
• not use the Service to collect data from sites directed at children, or to capture payment card data, health records, or government identifiers;
• not attempt to re-identify masked input data, probe or overload our infrastructure, resell the Service without an agreement, or use it for anything unlawful.

We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on our pricing page. Plan limits (sessions, websites, team seats) are enforced per workspace. We never stop recording mid-month if you exceed your quota — we email you to upgrade instead.

Free trials (including our up-to-90-day website-review trial) require no credit card and never convert to a paid plan automatically. When a trial ends you choose a paid plan if you wish to continue; your data and settings are kept.

You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges; already-paid periods are not refunded except where the law requires it.

You own your data. We process visitor data only on your instructions and as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. On account deletion we delete your workspace data within 30 days, except minimal records we must keep for legal or billing reasons.

We own the Service, our SDK, and our branding. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them as intended while you have an account. You retain all rights to your websites and your data. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

The Service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it fast, accurate, and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clicktics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive (data, IP, disclaimers, governing law) survive termination.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts — without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
