How does the free trial work?
Sign up and you start with 14 days free — no credit card, no application, no approval, every feature included. The trial covers one website (the domain you sign up with) with 10,000 sessions a month, and a place for you plus 1 team seat; extra domains are added on request, or instantly once you subscribe. Nothing ever converts to a paid plan automatically.
How is the price worked out?
$19 per website per month, then a discount for how many websites you run: 2 sites takes 5% off each, 3–9 sites takes 10% off each, 10 sites takes 15% off each. So two sites are $36.10 a month rather than $38, and three are $51.30.
What does paying yearly save?
A further 10% on top of whatever your site count already earns — so 10% off on Start-up, rising to 23.50% on Agency. A three-site Pro plan is $554.04 for the year instead of $615.60 — $61.56 saved. Agency is sold yearly only, at $1,744.20.
I need a fourth website. Do I have to move up a plan?
No. Pro covers 3 to 9 websites and each extra one is the same $17.10 a month ($15.39 on yearly). At 10 websites the Agency plan takes over and each site drops again.
What happens when I hit my session limit?
We never stop recording mid-month. Each website includes 10,000 sessions a month, and you can top up in blocks of 5,000 for $7. Top-ups never expire and are one shared balance for your whole account — any of your websites that uses up its included sessions draws from it, so a quiet month costs you nothing and a busy site can use what a quiet one doesn't need.
Do team members cost extra?
Every plan includes you plus 1 team seat. Beyond that, extra seats are $10 per person per month — buy them on your Billing page and they're available immediately.
